Probanx Methodology

Probanx project management methodology is organizing and managing resources in order to deliver all the work required to complete the project within the defined scope, time, and cost constraints.

The Probanx project manager is responsible of the team during the implementation phases, participates directly in the project and strives to maintain the progress and productive mutual interaction of the project stakeholders and all parties involved in such a way that overall risk of failure is reduced.

Thanks to the design of Probanx software, the system setting and the user training are short phases. When no specific customisation is required by the bank, a Coreplus system is implemented, parameterised and launched in less than 3 months.
