For Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and secure open standards of communication, based on the COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2018/389 Article 33, the Contingency API is available for Account Information Service Providers and Payment Initiation Service Providers as long as they have been credentialed by the Account Servicing Payment Service Provider providing the payment services.
